Hey Julie. Just wanted to tell you for my Christmas dinner I made your Italian cutlets from Vegan Diner (stuffed them with vegan mozzarella), breaded and panfried them as per your recipe then ate them as my turkey substitute for supper with the family, without any marinara. So good. Too bad you’ve had to go GF and may not be giving us any more seitan recipes. All the best in 2013 to you and the family! Stay crazy sexy (if you want to).

Thanks Jim! I still have a few more seitan recipes that I haven’t posted yet, so there may be a few more coming. Unfortunately it’s hard for me to create recipes when I can’t taste them. I really wish I could still eat seitan!
