Description
This is a super delicious salad! It’s a perfect start to a sushi dinner, or a nice and refreshing dish on a hot summer day. The dressing is great to make on it’s own too, as it will jazz up any salad.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp white miso paste (shiro or other)
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar (unseasoned)
- 2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
Instructions
Miso Dressing: In a blender or food processor, coarsely grind sesame seeds. Place in a small bowl. Add miso, agave and rice vinegar, whisking until smooth.
