Here are some fun things that I’m loving lately:
Sewing (especially the Colette wrap dress class at Modern Domestic)
Sewing cute summer dresses
Picking fresh berries at local U-pick farms
Making homemade jam
Mrs. Meyer’s cleaning products. I am obsessed! They smell so good, and I am actually enjoying cleaning my house. I love it!
Making lots of delicious iced tea in this pitcher (it’s BPA-free, and you can pour boiling hot water directly in the pitcher, which I love. Easy peasy!)
Baking crisps and pies from my pie book
Developing recipes for Everyday Dish (there are some great recipes coming soon!)
Making ice cream
And because I just love gadgets, especially kitchen ones, check out:
This corndog maker
Mini Corndog Maker/Pigs In A Blanket Maker
Ice cream makers (I use this one and love it!) and this one (which I just read a great review about in Fine Cooking magazine)
I’ll be back with photos of the cart, and a little more of this and that!

Wow! Now I want blackberries!! Do you have any jam recipes you can recommend and share – I’m going to try my first attempt at making some this year?
Julie Hasson
I can Jen. The past couple of times I have been using the recipes from the Ball website, and I used their bulk pectin that they sell in jars. It came out great.

I use Pamona’s Pectin — I can use less sugar, so the fruit is truly the star of the jam, and it’s so easy peasy.

Connie has a video on there of her making strawberry jam, and she also has a jam hotline = )
Deb
oops, spelled that wrong, it should be Pomona’s Pectin.
