I’ve been developing a lot of delicious gluten-free bread recipes (without dairy or eggs), and I’m so excited to share them with you! In this class we’ll make:
Perfect pizza crust/garlic herb flatbread
English muffins
Onion dill bread
Vegan cheese
In this 2 hour class you’ll learn how to make easy and delicious gluten-free + vegan breads from scratch. You’ll also gets tips and tricks for make-ahead doughs, infusing more flavors into your breads, and more. Once you get the basics down, you’ll be baking gluten-free bread at home on the regular. So much better than store-bought too!
Julie has been a professional chef and baker for over 25 years, and has written 9 cookbooks (including Vegan Pizza!). She has also taught cooking and baking workshops from Sur La Table (and other cooking stores), to private and celebrity clients, and corporations like Apple, Nike and Columbia Sportswear. Julie also appears monthly on AM Northwest, cooking up healthy and delicious recipes.
