Vegan Pies!
Ready to learn to make delicious pies at home? Join chef Julie Hasson for this fun pie workshop!
In this class you’ll learn how to make easy and delicious gluten-free + vegan pastry dough from scratch (plus get a recipe for a regular crust in case you’re not GF), and then use that dough to make some delectable pies. Once you get the basics down, you’ll be baking pies at home on the regular. So much better than store-bought too!
Julie literally wrote the book on pies (The Complete Book of Pies), and has been teaching cooking classes for over 20 years, from Sur La Table and other cooking stores, to private and celebrity clients, and corporations like Apple, Nike and Columbia Sportswear. Julie is also the author of 9 cookbooks and countless articles and recipes in Bon Appetit, VegNews Magazine, Cooking Light, Vegetarian Times, Family Fun Magazine and more. She also appears monthly on AM Northwest, and writes the Quick and Easy column in VegNews Magazine.
