PrintKittee’s Rice Paper Collard Wraps
Ingredients
- Extra Firm Tofu cut into cubes
- Marinade
- 1 C Water
- 1/4 C Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbs Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbs Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cut Tofu into cubes
- Combine all the marinade ingredients and stir
- Add the tofu to Marinade and refrigerate covered for 12 hours for best results (2 hrs minimum)
