Shoot, I missed the whole last week of MoFo, darn it! Well, not to worry. I’m going to keep blogging regularly now. Business at the cart has slowed down a bit now that winter has arrived, so it gives me more time to work on other projects, like blogging and sewing and cooking.
I don’t know about anyone else, but usually right after Thanksgiving, I start to think about getting a jump start on the ‘ol New Year’s diet resolution. Don’t get me wrong, I love, love, love all of the fresh baked goodies, fried potato latkas, cocktails and homemade candies of the season. I just thought it might be nice to get a jump start on healthy eating (no this doesn’t mean that I ever really give up my treats).
So the other day I heard that Weight Watchers unveiled a brand new program called Points Plus, and this morning I decided to check it out. I really like it! It’s very vegan friendly, and encourages eating lots of fresh vegetables, beans, whole grains and fresh fruit. The new program seems awesome, and you can eat a lot of food. I honestly couldn’t even eat all that I was supposed to today. Anyways, for anyone who’s curious, you may want to check it out. This seems like a great way to get back on track. Oh and no, I don’t work for the Weight Watchers company ; )

Dear Julie,
I’m very happy you have more time for sewing and cooking.
And so right that between Thanksgiving and Christmas we should take a healthy road to Christmas’ and New Year’s feasts!
Have a lovely week full of inspiration!
=)
