I’m still here, and promise to be back with a new blog post this week. I’ve been working on recipes for a new edition of my cupcake book (125 Best Cupcake Recipes), which will have 25 brand new, all vegan recipes. I’ll post more info on the book when I have it. Needless to say, the recipes have been keeping me busy! We’ve also been giving our food cart a makeover, with some fresh blue paint, a new counter and a real printed menu! I’ve got some pics of it to share with you in the next post.

Made the vegan caramel sauce from EDD yesterday — OMG it’s so yummy! Had it over some homemade vegan ice cream (can you still call it that if it’s not made with cream?) — vanilla soy milk + coconut milk + vanilla, with crumbled up Newman’s Ginger-O’s folded in at the end. Heavenly. This after a dinner of BBQ Soy Curls (with Rough Rider BBQ sauce) on toasted onion rolls with baked onion rings stacked on and a salad from the garden! I know I’ve said it before, but you’re our culinary hero = )

Thanks Deb! I’m so happy you like the caramel sauce (and the BBQ Soy Curls and Rough Rider BBQ Sauce). Those are definitely some of my favorite recipes.
I’ll have to try some ice cream with the Newman Ginger-O’s folded in. Sounds really good!
